Here’s a quick report for Seneca Lake in Guernsey County, water temp65 sh ,clear to stained to muddy, wind was blowing 10-20 today, starring up a lot of sediment. The bass were a active, average was 14″ caught on senko type baits, watermelon chart, on 10 lb flouro weightless, biggest one in the boat was 15″.
Fish are in2-4 ft of water. Mid lake was better area for us. The bite died off around 1pm, with just a couple more bites. Quit at 3pm, total today was 8 fish caught, lost several at the boat that came unhooked. Other plastics worked as well using small profile lure in same areas. My partner, aka Matt the red headed step child caught a walleye, and you know , those things have teeth!!Good for his finger I noticed what the fish was before he lipped it!
